Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
12:19 p.m. Sept. 20, at Husky Trail and Parker Street in Warsaw. Drivers: Deborah J. Newman, 58, Normandy Drive, Warsaw; Johnna M. Wells, 29, CR 400E, Warsaw. Vehicles collided in the intersection in front of Menards. Damage: As much as $5,000.
4:06 p.m., Sept. 20, in a private parking lot along North Parker Street in Warsaw. Drivers: William Hart, 21, West Huntington Street, North Webster; Denise Treesh, 45, CR 350W, Warsaw. Drivers were both backing out of parking spots in Aldi parking lot when they collided. Damage: As much as $5,000.
1:14 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, South Columbia Street, near West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Martin J. Noble, 24, Redwood Road, Plymouth; and Juan M. Gutierrez, 68, Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Noble was traveling north on South Columbia Street, approaching the railroad viaduct at West Jefferson Street when his vehicle struck the viaduct. Gutierrez said he was traveling south on South Columbia Street when debris from Noble’s vehicle struck the front of Gutierrez’s vehicle. Noble had a cut on his nose as a result of the accident and was checked by medics at the scene. A passenger in Noble’s vehicle, Kolton B. Reuter, 24, North Manchester, complained of a bump on the top of his head but refused medical treatment at the scene. Damage up to $50,000.
Fulton County
Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:
5:32 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, CR 550S and SR 17. Driver: David D. Young, 52, Garrett. Young complained of shoulder pain but refused medical treatment. Young reported a large truck ran his vehicle off the roadway and into a bridge.
12:09 a.m. Friday, Sept. 20, Olson Road and CR 500N. Driver: Carol J. Haley II, 22, Marion. Haley’s vehicle struck a tree. Haley was transported to a hospital by Samaritan.
5:05 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, West CR 450N, Rochester. Drivers: Bruce Vanmeter, 55, Rochester; and Kenneth Ramer, 16, Rochester. The two vehicles sideswiped.
