Three Injuries Reported In Monday’s Four-Vehicle Accident
WARSAW — A four-vehicle accident Monday on CR 150W resulted in three injuries.
The vehicles were headed north on 150W when the chain-reaction accident happened in which three of the vehicles were rear-ended.
Drivers included Jeannine Boyer, 75, of North Lake Street, Warsaw; Sarah Stinfer, 31, of Warsaw; Andy Nelson, 30, of Kinney Drive, Warsaw; and Matthew Tedesco, 25, of Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw.
Boyer said she was traveling north on CR 150W and when she came up over the hill she did not notice that traffic was stopped at the intersection. Her vehicle rear-ended Stinfer’s vehicle, which caused a chain reaction with Stinfer’s vehicle striking the back of Nelson’s vehicle and Nelson’s vehicle striking the back of Tedesco’s vehicle.
Injuries included: Boyer complained of chest pain and was transported by ambulance to a hospital; Stinfer suffered an injury in the area of her pelvis. A child in Stinfer’s vehicle complained of pain to the face.
