William ‘Bill’ Cox
William “Bill” Cox, 60, Warsaw, passed away at 12:39 p.m., Monday, Sept. 2, 2019, in his residence. He was born Feb. 17, 1959, to William Eugene and Mary Ann (Scott) Cox in Cheyenne, Wy.
On Aug. 18, 1990, Mr. Cox was united in marriage to Deborah Ann Harden in Winona Lake. They enjoyed 29 years together. He was a 1977 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. Bill was employed as an Engineer for Tecomet where he had 26 years of service in Orthopedic Manufacturing. He was avid golfer, with a hole-in-one shot locally at Rozella Ford and a bowling enthusiast.
Mr. Cox is survived by his wife Deborah Ann (Harden) Cox, Warsaw; children: Brandt Alan Cox and Brook Lyn Moore, both of Warsaw. In addition, he is survived by his siblings Shirley M. Cargile, Washburn, Mo.; Billie Cox and Anita Rash, both of Granby, Mo.; Howard Cox, Plainfield; Jeff Cox, Salem, Ore.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded by his parents, sisters: Deborah Louise Cox and Beverly Ann Cox and a grandchild Charles Cox.
His visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 5, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 6, at the funeral chapel. Chaplain Bob Jarboe will officiate. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
