Stillson, Panthers Second At Broncho Invite

LAFAYETTE — Cybil Stillson fired a 1-over-par 73 to earn individual runner-up honors, and NorthWood claimed second place in the team standings with a 325 at the Lady Broncho Invitational at Battleground Golf Course Saturday.
Westfield’s 308 topped the team standings, and Warsaw placed 11th with a score of 387 at the 20-team Lafayette Jefferson invite.
Stillson bounced back after opening her round with a triple bogey on the par 5 third and played the last 17 holes at 2 under par on her way to the 73. Breanna Goss shot 83, Kylee Gall carded an 84, and both Kristen Schrock and Delaney Davis shot 85 for NorthWood.
For Warsaw meanwhile, senior Grayson Kilburn led the way for the Tigers with a score of 90. Marie Frazzetta shot 96, Delaney Byron turned in a 98, Sydney Lancaster posted a 103, and Bethany Johnson shot 118.
NorthWood hosts Northridge and Goshen at McCormick Creek Tuesday, when Warsaw hosts Plymouth at Stonehenge.
