Tammy R. Brembeck
Tammy R. (Acord) Brembeck, 58, Syracuse, lost her courageous fight with cancer on Friday, Aug. 16, 2019. She was born to Norm and Judy Acord on Oct. 29, 1960, in Kokomo.
She was lucky enough to marry her soulmate, Tom Brembeck, on May 28, 2011, who survives.
She was the proud owner and operator of TNT Custom Photo Slates which enabled her to travel while doing a job that she loved. She was a passionate person throughout her life, but she was most passionate about her family and riding her Harley. She was often able to combine the two passions and ride with family. She never knew a stranger and enjoyed traveling the United States meeting new friends that often became extended family.
Tammy Brembeck shared her love of Harley riding and traveling with her husband and parents, who also survive. An immense supporter of ABATE, she served as a co-representative of Kosciusko County ABATE. She was also a proud member of the Indiana Patriot Guard as well as an Open Road Angel member.
Tammy Brembeck was blessed with three vivacious daughters who each carry on the legacy of Tammy’s spirit; Charlotte (Jon) Thompson of Walton; Leigha (Kyle) Murphy of Kokomo; and KyAnne Adkins of Wabash.
She expressed great joy in talking about and spending time with her five grandchildren, Braydon Lowe, Dalton Lowe, Kelsey Lowe, Brody Murphy and Mallory Murphy, and she was awaiting the arrival of her sixth grandchild due on her birthday. She had the fortuity of growing up with her brother, Leon (Laurence) Acord-Whiting of Los Angeles, Calif., who also survives.
Tammy Brembeck was preceded in death by her sister Judith Lynn Acord and her cherished grandparents Ralph and Eula Ryan and Clyde and Ester Acord.
Visitation followed by a celebration of Tammy’s life will be held from 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 22, with services starting at 4 at Mishler Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Milford. Final ride will immediately follow services.
