BREAKING: Fire Guts Home At Suburban Acres In Warsaw

WARSAW — Multiple fire departments were called to a mobile home in Suburban Acres at 3699 North CR 175E, Warsaw Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 7.
Central Dispatch called out first responders shortly after 12:30 p.m. and directed units to lot 4 of the mobile home park, reporting that the caller was hysterical and that the home was fully engulfed, according to an off-duty Winona Lake firefighter on the scene.
Leesburg units called for assistance from Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory.
The white mobile home with blue trim billowed smoke at the scene and the fire had gutted the home’s contents within minutes.
Firefighters worked in shifts amidst the heat, burdened by heavy equipment in order to squelch the flames as mobile home park residents looked on.
Also assisting at the scene was Lutheran EMS.
