K21 Health Services Pavilion Marks 10 years
WARSAW — What started as a White Paper Project through the local Kosciusko Leadership Academy, K21 Health Services Pavilion, has now been serving the community for a decade.
On Tuesday, July 23, the agencies housed in the Health Services Pavilion hosted a Business After Hours event through the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce to welcome the public to their facility as they celebrate 10 years.
More than 80 community members joined for the event, toured the facility, and were able to connect with representatives from each agency to learn more about the services they provide for the community.
The Health Services Pavilion serves as a central point for local non-profit agencies in the health sector that serve the Kosciusko County community and surrounding areas. The building was funded by the K21 Health Foundation, but is a separate entity and is operated by its tenants. There are currently 12 agencies housed in the Health Services Pavilion: WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), Heartline Pregnancy Center, B.A.B.E. Boutique, Healthy Families, Kosciusko Cares, The Help Center, Medication and Dental Assistance, Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice, BrightPoint, Northern Indiana Hispanic Health Coalition, Tobacco Free Coalition, and the Kosciusko County Health Department.
The Health Services Pavilion is located at 1515 Provident Drive, Warsaw. It is open Monday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about the Health Services Pavilion or any of the agencies in the pavilion, you may call (574) 372-3500 or visit www.k21pavilion.org.
