Michael Fribley
Michael Fribley, Springdale, Mont. peacefully passed from this world June 30, 2019, after a long, bravely fought battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
He was born March 23, 1947, to Wayne and Phyllis Fribley of Warsaw, who have predeceased him. He served in Korea in the late 1960s attached to the U. S. Army Security Agency. Upon his return, he worked at Donnelly Printing and mentored for Big Brothers and Sisters in Indiana before moving to Montana.
He attended Sheridan College and studied Ranch Management.
He loved the out of doors and was an avid hunter and nature photographer. He shared his love of the outdoors teaching Hunter Safety classes to youngsters in the Big Timber area. When he was not busy working as a ranch hand or carpenter, he raised Chesapeake Bay Retrievers and was a devoted duck hunter.
Ge is survived by his wife of 33 years, Patsy Fribley, his daughter, Sarah, of Bozeman, his brothers, John and Mark and sister Claudia McCarty of Indiana and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held, Monday, July 8, at the Yellowstone National Cemetery at Laurel, Montana.
