UPDATE: Two Suffer Serious To Critical Injuries In Crash
NORTH WEBSTER — Two North Webster residents suffered serious to critical injuries in a motorcycle/vehicle crash Saturday afternoon, June 29, at CR 800N and Syracuse-Webster Road, northwest of North Webster.
Fredrick McKee, 62, North Webster, driver of a 2006 Harley-Davidson, sustained head injuries. Shelley Boyd, 53, North Webster, a passenger on McKee’s motorcycle, sustained multiple internal injuries. Both were flown from the scene by Lutheran Air.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office reports Robin Miller, 57, Warsaw, was eastbound on CR 800N, in a 2012 Dodge Journey. Miller failed to see the southbound Harley Davidson as she began to cross Syracuse-Webster Road, causing the vehicles to collide. Miller and a passenger in her vehicle were not injured.
North Webster Fire Department and Paramedics, Turkey Creek Fire Territory Paramedics, North Webster Police, Pierceton Police and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene.
