Officers from the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
8:02 a.m. Tuesday, June 25, North Harrison Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Marina A. Sanchez, 20, North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw; Angela N. Newcom, 37, North CR 650E, Churubusco. Sanchez told police she was driving her vehicle eastbound in a parking lot and drove into the path of the vehicle driven by Newcom. Damage up to $10,000.
6:11 p.m. Monday, June 24, US 30 and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: William F. Nelson, 31, South CR 250E, Warsaw; Amanda A. Muir, 30, Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake. Nelson told police he was driving his vehicle northbound on Meijer Drive and looked for traffic to his left. He said the vehicle driven by Muir stopped in front of him and he could not stop his vehicle in time to avoid a rear-end collision. Damage up to $5,000.
5:31 p.m. Monday, June 24, East Center Street and North Indiana Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Morgan R. Keel, 28, West Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; Nicole R. McFarland, 34, Orchard Drive, Warsaw; John C. Knight, 49, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. Keel told police she was driving her vehicle eastbound on Center Street and was passing through the intersection with Indiana Street. She said she was looking at a recipe on her cell phone and was not paying attention, when her vehicle struck the vehicle driven by McFarland in the rear, causing that vehicle to rear-end the vehicle driven by Knight. Damage up to $25,000.
2:59 p.m. Monday, June 24, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: David C. Zellmer, 60, Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Zellmer told police he was backing his vehicle out of a parking space and backed it into a parked vehicle he had not previously seen. Damage up to $2,500.
12:53 p.m. Monday, June 24, East Center Street and North Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Rick G. Bowling, 60, Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse; Deborah L. Stahly, 68, East North Road, Syracuse. Bowling told police he was driving his vehicle westbound on East Center Street and was stopped behind the vehicle driven by Stahly. He said as both vehicles began to proceed into the intersection, Stahly’s vehicle stopped suddenly and he could not stop his vehicle in time to avoid a rear-end collision. Damage up to $2,500.
9:47 p.m. Saturday, June 22, East Center Street, Warsaw. Driver: Pranay Sudini, 22, East Green Street, Champagne, Ill. Sudini told police he was turning his vehicle right in an attempt to park and misjudged the turn, causing his vehicle to collide with a parked vehicle in the adjacent parking space. Damage up to $2,500.

Officers from the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:
2:30 p.m. Monday, June 24, Park Avenue, Winona Lake. Driver: Joyce E. Paxton, 68, South West Point Drive, Warsaw. Paxton told police she was backing her vehicle out of a parking space and backed it into a parked vehicle she had not previously seen. Damage up to $2,500.
