Beaman Home To Host Ribbon Cutting Ceremony At Mary Ann’s Place
WARSAW — The Beaman Home will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at Mary Ann’s Place at 4:30 p.m. Monday, July 1.
The Beaman Home has moved its Basic Needs Center that was located on Winona Avenue to Mary Ann’s Place, located at 325 Argonne Road. The name of the facility is in honor of one of The Beaman Home’s founding Altrusa members, Mary Ann Cox. This new facility will work as the new donation drop-off center and thrift store. Mary Ann’s Place will be open to the public from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Anyone is invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony and no RSVP is required. Light refreshments will be served and those in attendance can mingle with the staff and ask any questions. Mary Ann Cox’s family will be in attendance in remembrance of The Beaman Home’s generous and supportive founder and long-time volunteer.
