MILFORD — Milford Police, Milford Fire Department and Lutheran EMS were called to the scene of a two vehicle accident one mile south of the Milford town limits at approximately 2:30 p.m. Friday, June 14. The collision occurred at the intersection of Waubee Lake Road and Old State Road 15.

Preliminary reports indicate that a gold Chrysler minivan was traveling northbound on Old State Road 15 when it collided with a white Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep was reportedly traveling eastbound on Waubee Lake Road and attempting to cross through the intersection.

Stop signs are placed for east-west traffic but not for drivers traveling on Old State Road 15.

The minivan suffered significant front end damage with both front airbags deployed. The Jeep appeared to have damage along its running board and front passenger wheel well.

One passenger in the minivan was treated at the scene by Lutheran EMS.
