Redid Velazquez Moyotl
Redid Velazquez Moyotl, 43, Pierceton, passed away unexpectedly at 5:15 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2019, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Warsaw.
He was born on Sept. 5, 1975, in San Pedro, Cholula in the state of Puebla, Mexico to Maria del Socorro Nocelotl Moyotl and Jose Luis Juan Velazquez Moyotl. He was married to Filiberta Martinez Xique, who survives.
He worked at LSC Communications (formerly RR Donnelly’s) in Warsaw, and attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Warsaw. He was dearly loved by his family and will be sorely missed.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife: Filiberta Martinez Xique (Mexico); four sons: Jesse, Nery, Yurem and Redid Velazquez, Jr., and his daughter Zurybella Velazquez (all of Mexico). He also leaves behind his parents, Maria del Socorro Nocelotl Moyotl and Jose Luis Juan Velazquez Moyotl (Mexico); four brothers: Vidal, Daniel, Mauro and Rosendo Velazquez; and five sisters: Eulalia, Delfina, Lourdes, Antonia and Magnolia Velazquez. He was preceded in death by his brother, Leodegario Velazquez.
Friends and family may come for visitation that will be held from 2-7 p.m., Monday, June 10, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. A rosary service will begin at 7 p.m. and officiated by Father Constantino Rocha. His body will be returned to his family in Mexico and he will be buried at Panteon Auxiliar Municipal in San Gregorio Zacapechpan Mpio San Pedro Cholula, Puebla, Mexico.
The family requests that any memorial donations can be made to go towards his children’s care and can be left in the care of his sister, Eulalia Velazquez, 335 49th Street, Apt. 3 Rear, Union City, New Jersey 07087 and would be appreciated by the family.
