WARSAW — Lake City Bank is pleased to announce that Michele Ganser has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan systems support manager and that Lisa Fitzgerald has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking administration support manager.
In this role, Ganser works with bank departments to ensure that customers and bankers receive quality service and support. Ganser also supports products for commercial and consumer loans, credit administration and consumer solutions. She has been with the bank for eight years. Ganser earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne (now Purdue University Fort Wayne).
In this role, Fitzgerald manages the retail banking support team and serves as a liaison between bank departments and branch staff to ensure that customers receive quality service. She has been with the bank for 26 years.
