SYRACUSE — Syracuse Park Foundation meeting did not have enough members in attendance to form a quorum, but discussed a couple of topics nevertheless Tuesday, May 28. While the foundation hasn’t officially met for a few months, the finances and projects are intact and experiencing no issues.
The foundation successfully consolidated some financial accounts to better manage and track funds.
“The park foundation had stepped forward to say they would hold the money to redo the water control structure in Crosson Mill Park, but WPOA had received a donation they decided to go with,” commented Dr. Tom Edington. “We were just ready, willing and able to help if needed.”
