Alfredo DiRico, age 81, of Warsaw, passed away at 8:20 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2019, in Warsaw.

He was born in Orsogna, Italy Aug. 17, 1937, to Pasquale and Maddalena (D’Angelo) DiRico. He is survived by his wife Giovanna of 60 years.

Alfredo immigrated from Italy to Boston in 1958 and has been a resident in Warsaw since 1978. He was the Owner/Founder of Center Motor Sales from 1978 to 2011. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw.

In addition to his wife Giovanna, Alfredo is survived by his children Frank (spouse Donna) DiRico of Warsaw; Fred (spouse Sherri) DiRico of Warsaw; John (spouse Elaine) DiRico of Warsaw; daughter Madeline (spouse Roger) Burkholder of Warsaw; daughter-in-law Alejandra DiRico of Clarksburg, Maryland; grandchildren Blake, Callie, Joey, Carissa, Tony, Gabriel, Nicholas and Daniel DiRico, Anthony, Gianna, Sophia Burkholder; two great-grandchildren Bella and Lincoln.

He was preceded in death by son Patrick DiRico, two brothers and one sister.

Visitation hours are scheduled from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2019, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.  A Rosary Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 31, in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw with Father Jonathan Norton officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, IN.
