WACC Building Trades Program Announces Open House
WARSAW — The building trades program of the Warsaw Area Career Center will host an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 22. The house is located at 2315 Falcon Dr., Warsaw.
This is the 37th year for the building trades program. Twenty-one students, under the direction of instructor Eric Taylor, worked on the home owned by Matt and Stephanie Abbitt. The students were involved in framing, roofing, siding, window and door installation, insulation, dry walling, painting, trimming and concrete work.
The home is a one-story ranch style house with approximately 2,500 finished square feet. The home is equipped with a high efficiency gas furnace and central air.
The students that worked on the home are Jose Alvarez, Rafael Arechiga, Noah Boren, Ruben Borja, Jacob Chivington, Jose Cisneros, Luis Cleto, Noah Dickerson, William Dye, Austin Fisher, Landon Light, Miguel Lopez, David Marquez, Mauricio Medellin, George Moyotl, Kevin Moyotl, Armando Munguia, Jacie Nier, Johnathon Rusher, Feli Salinas and Jared Teeple.
