Warsaw Woman Facing Battery, Invasion Of Privacy Charges
WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was recently arrested after police say she battered a male subject who is also the victim in another pending battery case involving the female.

Brittany Kay Sandberg, 32, 499 Clinic Court, Warsaw, is being charged with domestic battery with a child under 16 present, a level 6 felony; domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor; and invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor.
On April 17, an officer with the Warsaw Police Department responded to a domestic battery report. The officer spoke with a male victim, who advised that he was attempting to get Sandberg to move out of his apartment and an argument began. According to the male victim, Sandberg struck him four times on the arm.
The officer was provided with a recording of the incident. In the recording, the officer heard Sandberg yelling at the male victim for an extended period of time. The officer was also able to hear “smacking sounds.”
A child was present in the bedroom at the time of the incident.
Sandberg has an active criminal case of domestic battery against the same male victim. A no-contact order was issued and served to Sandberg on Nov. 28, 2018, for the male victim.
Sandberg was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on May 11, with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
