Ribbon Cutting Event Held At Side House Grill
WARSAW — A ribbon cutting event was held at Side House Grill, located at 2604 Sheldon St, Warsaw, Tuesday, May 7.
The restaurant/bar is set to open sometime in the next week. Christen Couture, general manager/concept designer, described it as “a backyard BBQ American grill style menu.”
Couture said they will be offering seven minute lunches.
“The kicker is that you can only do the lunch special,” said Couture, adding that they want to cater to people who may only have a 30 minute lunch break.
Daniel Hernandez, executive chef, said all sauces and dressings will be made from scratch.
“There are things on our menu that you can’t find anywhere else in Warsaw,” said Hernandez. “We’re going to have a shrimp po’boy. Our signature sandwich will be the beer belly grilled cheese. which starts with three different types of cheese, four strips of bacon and maple syrup all grilled together. The taste is out of this world.”
Hernandez said the menu will also feature prime rib, pasta and burgers.
The hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
