Silver Lake spring clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, May 18, 2019.

SILVER LAKE — Spring clean-up is scheduled for Saturday, May 18. Please have all items out the night before as pick-up will begin early on the 18th. Stafford’s will not re-route to pick-up last minute items.

The following items are prohibited: paints, oils, tires, televisions, computers, microwaves, lawn waste such as leaves, grass and limbs and anything containing freon unless drained and tagged by a service professional. If you have any of the prohibited items to dispose of, you may take your items to the KC Recycling Depot located at 220 S. Union St., Warsaw. Fees may apply, so call the depot directly for information related to the cost.

If you have questions regarding an item, please call Stafford’s Solid Waste directly at (574) 269-2492. Some items require an extra fee that is charged to you or the item will not be removed. Items should be in a 6×6 area and easily accessible from the road. Stafford’s will not enter your property to retrieve the items. This is for town residential properties only.
