Here’s a breakdown of the wards and precincts and what district those voters will cast ballots for:
Precinct 1 — City 1 will vote for city common council District 1; City 5 will vote for city common council District 5.
Precinct 2 — Will vote for city common council District 1
Precinct 4 — City 1 will vote for city common council District 1
Precinct 4 — City 5 will vote for city common council District 5
Precinct 1 and 2 will vote for city common council District 2
Precincts 1 and 2 will vote for city common council District 3
Precinct 3 will vote for city common council District 4
Precincts 1 , 2 and 3 will vote for city common council District 5
Precinct 1 will vote for city common council District 5
Precinct 2 will vote for city common council District 1
Precinct 3 will vote for city common council District 5
City of Warsaw will vote for city common council district 5.
According to Ann Torpy, county clerk, voters of Ward 1 Precinct 1 and Ward 1 Precinct 4 are split between District 1 and 5. Their voter registration record will reflect the correct district on the poll list. Any voter who has questions can contact the county clerk to verify their council district or visit www.indianavoters.com.
