KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Pat Miller, WOWO radio personality, will be guest speaker and Indiana 3rd District Congressman Jim Banks will be the keynote speaker at the annual Kosciusko County Republican Lincoln Day Dinner. The Lincoln Day Dinner Thursday, May 2, at the 2517 Banquet Center, 2517 E. Center St., Warsaw. Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m.
