Dr. Trevor Percival Craigen
Dr. Trevor Percival Craigen, 74, Warsaw, went home to be with the Lord at 12:19 a.m. on Friday, April 26, 2019, at Wampler Senior Home in Bourbon.
He was born on Sept. 1, 1944, in Cape Town, South Africa to Ruth (Pridgen) Craigen and Robert Percival Craigen. On March 25, 1967, he was married to Colleen Alice (Kendall) Craigen, who survives.
Dr. Craigen was a resident of Kosciusko County, for the past eight years. He was the Professor of Theology at Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles, Calif. For many years he and his wife Colleen were missionaries in Europe. They ministered in over twenty-seven countries serving the Lord. During the course of his life he wore many hats and served as a pastor, an accountant and a policeman. He was an exceptional man in all respects as a husband, father and grandfather. He leaves behind a rich legacy of many who have been impacted by his life and teaching.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Colleen Alice Craigen, Warsaw; son: Clive (Randi) Craigen, Chicago, Ill.; and his daughter: Treleen (Jim) Cox, Warsaw. He also leaves behind his beloved seven grandchildren: Claire, Emma, Zeb, and Trinity Craigen, all of Chicago, Ill.; Trevor, Kendall and Brennan Cox, all of Warsaw; three brothers: Noel (Ann) Craigen, York, England; Gavin (Fiona) Craigen, North Wales, United Kingdom; and his twin brother: Keith (Rita) Craigen, St. Ives Cambridge, England.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m., Friday, May 10, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw.
His funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, at Pleasant View Bible Church, 2782 W. 200 N., Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Mike Hontz and Pastor Brad Pixley. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Pleasant View Cemetery in Warsaw.
