Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
12:11 p.m. Sunday, April 21, West US 30, west of North CR 500W, Warsaw. Driver: Richard M. Urbanowicz, 41, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Urbanowicz was traveling west on US 30 when his vehicle struck a deer that was in the roadway. Damage up to $25,000.
11:33 a.m. Friday, April 19, East Pound Drive North, south of North Pound Drive West, Warsaw. Drivers: Alexys N. Bronsing, 20, EMS W25 Lane, North Webster; and John R. White, 67, Gilliam Drive South, Warsaw. Bronsing was traveling southbound on CR 100E when her vehicle’s brakes began to not work correctly. This caused Bronsing’s vehicle to rear-end White’s. Damage up to $10,000.
Winona Lake
Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:
12:11 p.m. Saturday, April 20, Kings Highway, east of Argonne Road, Winona Lake. Drivers: Ethan J. Rutherford, 28, East Walnut Street, Akron; and Kayla M. Johnson, 27, Bayview Lane, Warsaw. Rutherford was traveling west on Kings Highway when he rear-ended Johnson’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
