Tigers Lose Golf Home Opener
WARSAW – Warsaw hosted its first home match of the season at its new home, Rozella Ford, but couldn’t christen the occasion on a high note, losing to Canterbury, 163-169.
Warsaw once again was bunched together closely in scoring, led by Cal Hoskins with a 41 and followed by Jack Yeager at 42 and two 43s from Chase Byron and Zach LaLonde.
Canterbury was led by the medalist one-over 37 from Carson Stohler.
Warsaw (1-1) will host the Don Dicken Classic on Saturday at Rozella while its JV team will head to Rochester for the Zebra Invite.
