Christopher ‘Cricky’ Scott Cochran
Christopher “Cricky” Scott Cochran, 47, Warsaw, passed away at 4:34 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at his residence.
He was born on Jan. 13, 1972, in Warsaw, to Mary (Rollins) Plummer and David Cochran.
He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, where he attended Warsaw Community High School. He had worked for Dollar General Store, Conley Seal Coating, and Cornerstone Paintine. He had to retire due ill health in 2016. He very much enjoyed shuffleboard and fishing, and was known as a great fix-it man. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
He will be lovingly remembered by his two sons: Dustin (Briana) Cutler, Marion; Christopher Cochran, Warsaw; daughter: Patricia Cochran, Warsaw; and four grandchildren. Also surviving is his mother and step-father: Mary and Tex Plummer, Warsaw; two brothers: Sherman (Kristina) Cochran, Warsaw; Brent (Renee) Cochran, Hebron; three sisters: Beth Cochran, Warsaw; Mandy Akers, Warsaw; and Dawn (Leroy) Ditton, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his father, David Cochran.
Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m., Tuesday, April 9, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. His funeral service will follow at 6 p.m. and officiated by Pastor Bob Brown. Burial will be at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
