Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accident:
7:13 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, East CR 500N and North CR 700E, North Webster. Driver: Pamela K. Huskey, 55, West CR 350S, Kimmell. Huskey’s vehicle struck a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
5:10 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, SR 15 and East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Ainsley R. Baum, 26, West Lake Street, Warsaw; and Jacquelyn G. Sebesta, 61, East CR 200N, Wabash. Baum’s vehicle rear-ended Sebesta’s vehicle. Baum complained of chest pain due to air bag deployment and was checked out by EMS at the scene. Sebesta complained of head pain but declined any medical evaluation at the scene. Damage up to $10,000.
3:12 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, North Parker Street, north of East US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Hope D. Beezley, 45, East Prairie Street, Leesburg; and Rickey J. Brown, 59, White Pine Road, Warsaw. Beezley’s vehicle rear-ended Brown’s vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.
1:17 p.m. Monday, March 18, SR 15, north of CR 250N, Warsaw. Drivers: Lauren N. Wilson, 28, Hawthorne Drive, Warsaw; and Jeffrey A. Hunter, 42, Yellow View Lane, Claypool. Wilson told police that she was northbound in the left lane on North Detroit Street when a semi merged into the left lane and cut her off. Wilson advised she merged into the right lane to avoid hitting the semi, resulting in her vehicle side-swiping Hunter’s vehicle, which was traveling beside her. Damage up to $2,500.
