FORT WAYNE —  A body has been found in the Eagle Marsh nature preserve, WANE 15 has learned.

Around 11 a.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel descended upon the preserve in the 6800 block of Engle Road. Dispatchers confirmed that a person was found dead in the area.

It’s not clear yet what happened to the person and no other information was immediately available.
