Anthony Juliano, vice-president and general manager at Asher Agency, will present on the topic of social media. The topic specifically focuses on “Reputation, Privacy and Relationships and the Pitfalls of Social Media: How You and Your Employees Can Respond.” As social media use has become nearly universal, the old taboos and challenges seem almost quaint. Today, new norms require a greater degree of sophistication and more careful consideration — especially for HR professionals, who are often seen as standard bearers for appropriate behavior within their organizations.
In this candid, interactive presentation, social media strategist and internal communication consultant Anthony Juliano will help you navigate modern-day social media so that you can build a reputation to be proud of, while not compromising your individuality. You’ll leave confident in your ability to use social media responsibly, while also being better equipped to help your co-workers better represent themselves and your company.

An experienced trainer, writer, and marketing and communication strategist, Juliano approaches his work with one simple goal: to help others understand our changing communication environment.
