KOSCIUSKO — The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with The Kosciusko County Community Foundation and United Way, has recently formed a Child Care & Early Learning Coalition for the purpose of helping families in the county access high quality and affordable child care/early learning options for their children, birth to age 5.
