WARSAW — The engineering and technology departments of Edgewood Middle School, Lakeview Middle School and Warsaw Area Career Center are proud to announce the joint hosting of the Warsaw Robotics Turning Point VEX VRC State Qualifier tournament.
The event will take place on Jan. 19. at Warsaw High School. Doors open for the event at 7 a.m., with registration and inspection taking place from 7:15 to 9 a.m. There is no admission fee. There will be 50 teams participating. Please enter Number Four door.
The event is scheduled to conclude at approximately 5:45 p.m., with an awards ceremony. Concessions will be available throughout the day with breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks all available to guests and participants.
Schools participating in the event include Warsaw Community High School, Wawasee High School, Plymouth High School, Lincoln Junior High School, Schmucker Middle School, Jay County High and Middle School, Crown Point High School, Concord High School, Pike High School, Norwell Middle School, Lewis Cass High and Middle School, Heritage Christian High School, Culver Military Academy and Portage High School and Middle School.
The tournament will be held rain, snow, wind or shine with no make-up day scheduled.
