Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:
6:17 a.m. Monday, Jan. 14, East CR 450S, west of South CR 300E, Warsaw. Drivers: Richard L. Clark, 60, East CR 450S, Warsaw; and Jeffrey A. Clark, 61, East CR 450S, Warsaw. Richard Clark was traveling behind Jeffrey Clark’s vehicle on CR 450S when Richard Clark’s vehicle rear-ended Jeffrey Clark’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
5:08 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, West CR 1350N, east of North CR 400W, Milford. Driver: Freeman Yoder, 18, West CR 850N, Ligonier. Yoder was traveling west on West CR 1350N when his vehicle left the roadway. Damage up to $2,500.
8:39 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw. Driver: Cary D. Walls, 45, Sand Castle Drive B., Warsaw. Walls was turning onto a road when he lost control of his vehicle, causing his vehicle to collide with a parked, unoccupied vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
3:09 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, East US 30, west of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Driver: Shelby A. Matson, 23, Glen Street 2216, Glen Cove, N.Y. Matson was traveling east on US 30 when the U-Haul trailer her vehicle was towing began to lose traction. This caused Matson’s vehicle to spin out of control. Matson’s vehicle then left the roadway and ended up in a ditch. Damage up to $10,000.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
8:26 p.m. Monday, Jan. 14, South Buffalo Street, south of East Market Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Leslie H. Juarez, 18, Saint Mary’s Drive, Warsaw; and Travis W. Tuggle, 30, Wilkinsville Road, Millington, Tenn. Juarez was traveling south on South Buffalo Street when she rear-ended Tuggle’s vehicle. Damage up to $5,000.
