Fuller Arrested After Failure To Register As A Sexual Violent Predator
KOSCIUSKO — An alleged non-compliant registered sex offender was arrested Monday afternoon on Jan. 7, in Kosciusko County.
Sheriff Kyle P. Dukes reports Mark E. Fuller, 61, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail just before 1:30 p.m. Monday after deputies say he failed to report required information within a lawful time period to the registry.
Fuller had not complied with the requirements for updated photos to be submitted every 90 days as is required as part of the Sex Offender Registry as being classified as a Sexual Violent Predator. The last and only photo taken was the date of the initial registration on May 23, 2018.
He is facing charges of one count of level 6 felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
Fuller is held on a $5,250 bond.
