Fazoli’s Serving Free Meals To Furloughed Federal Employees
LEXINGTON, KY. — Another company is lending their resources to help federal employees affected by the shutdown.
WLWT reported that Kentucky-based Italian fast food chain, Fazoli’s, is giving away a free meal to any government employee who’s on furlough.
“We wanted to do our part to make life a little easier on the people in our communities who have been affected by the shutdown,” said CEO Carl Howard in a news release.
If this sounds like an offer you can’t deny, all you have to do is bring in your government employee ID and you’ll get a free Pizza Baked Spaghetti with the purchase of a drink through January 13.
However, there’s a limit of only one meal for those who are eligible per day.
