Local Library friend Cathy Hawkins donated this very detailed gingerbread house for all to enjoy in the Adult Department of Milford Public Library.

MILFORD — The Milford Public Library will be closed Monday, Dec. 24 and Tuesday, Dec. 25 for Christmas. Patrons will still be able to drop off books or movies in the drop boxes on the south side of the library. The library will reopen Wednesday, Dec. 26 at 10 a.m.

Make And Take Crafts

Patrons can keep their child occupied during winter break with the crafts the library will have out in the children’s department. Participants can make it at the library or take it home to make later. The crafts will be available Dec. 26-29 and Jan. 2-5.

Pay Fines To Continue Check Outs

The library is asking patrons to pay fines accrued during 2018 so the library can get 2019 off to a great start. Patrons will not be able to check out library materials until fines are paid per library policy. Anyone unable to pay a large fine in one payment can create a plan that suits their needs.
