Warsaw Man Arrested After Officers Discover Meth In Vehicle
WINONA LAKE — A Warsaw man was arrested after officers discovered syringes and meth on his person.
Aaron Kaylan Case, 23, 221 S. High St. 6F., Warsaw, is being charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, both level 6 felonies.
On Dec. 5, an officer with the Warsaw Police Department observed a vehicle driven by Case with what he believed to be false and fictitious registration. The vehicle pulled into a parking lot and the officer approached the vehicle.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, while speaking with Case, officers observed what appeared to be a handgun in between the driver’s seat and the center console and a knife under Case’s leg. Officers removed Case from the vehicle and searched him, finding several syringes and a vial that contained a white powdery substance. Case advised the substance was methamphetamine.
Case was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Dec. 5, with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
