Pamela S. McCord
Pamela S. (Slone) McCord, 51, Warsaw, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, in Kosciusko Community Hospital. She was born Nov. 27, 1966, to Lon and Edith (Collins) Slone in Warsaw.
On Sept. 5, 1997 she was united in marriage to Norman McCord in Claypool. During her life she worked at JOMAC, Medtronic; as an inspector, and was also a homemaker. She loved the holidays; Christmas and Thanksgiving were very special to her, especially being able to cook for her family and spend time together. Playing Bingo was also a joyful time for her.
She is survived by her parents: Lon and Edith Slone of Claypool; husband: Norman McCord of Warsaw; son; Brandon McCord of Warsaw; daughter; April McCord of Winchester; sister, Sheila Hopkins of Warsaw; nieces: Kaitlin Hopkins and Sheena Paseka, both of Warsaw; great-niece; Nevaeh Hamilton of Warsaw; as well as another great niece that is on the way “soon!” She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Roy Collins.
A funeral service will be held at noon, Friday, Nov. 16, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Brother Tim Slone will officiate the funeral service. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
