Absentee Ballots First To Be Counted
WARSAW — The polls closed at 6 p.m. with the first precinct, Warsaw Ward 4-3 bringing in their results to the Kosciusko County Justice Building at approximately 6:25 p.m.
The absentee ballots were the first to be counted. There were 4,740 absentee ballots or early votes cast this year, down from the number of early votes in the 2016 election.
