Priscilla June Worsham
Priscilla June (Longfellow) Worsham was born March 21, 1925, to Owen and Mary C. (Wilkinson) Longfellow in Warsaw. She passed away on Oct. 22, 2018, in Dallas, Texas.
After graduation from Warsaw High she became the school secretary. On Oct. 6, 1946, she married Francis G. (Bud) Worsham in Warsaw after his honorable discharge from the US Marine Corp. The happy couple moved to Michigan where she worked as an executive secretary at Ford Motor Company and later retired from Brighton Area Schools, Brighton, Mich. where she held a position in the Administrative Office as secretary to the Assistant Superintendent. June was an excellent cook, enjoyed traveling and living on School Lake in Brighton.
She is survived by her sister, E. Jane (Longfellow) McGrath, Falls Church, Va.; her children, Hal Glenn Worsham, New York, N.Y.; and Beth Ann Koski (Robert) Red Oak, Texas. Her grandchildren, Aimee Worsham (Michael) Vrakatitis, Billerica, Mass.; Kimberly Worsham, New York, N.Y.; and Randy Koski, Waxahachie, Texas. Her great granddaughter Sarah Vrakatitis, Billerica, Mass.
Services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery Chapel, Warsaw, at 10 a.m., Nov. 10. Family and friends are invited to attend. McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw is entrusted with arrangements.
