Kosciusko
Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 8:53 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 300 block East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Angel Reni Wright-McNerlin reported fraud.
- 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 3100 block East Wooster Road, Pierceton. David Vanpelt reported that two shovels and a gas can were taken from his trailer without permission.
- 1:52 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 1700 block North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Carol G. Hennessy reported an attempted break-in of a vehicle.
- 8:53 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 1400 block Polk Drive, Warsaw. David B. Lee reported theft of tools from a job site. The tools were valued at over $800.
- 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 800 block North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Travis Click reported the theft of a Nintendo Switch. Value: $299.
- 5:00 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 8300 block East CR 400N, Pierceton. Erica C. Strombeck reported a vehicle was keyed with offensive words at some point during the overnight hours.
- 5:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 1500 block East CR 1100N, Milford. Report of a possible attempted burglary at an address on CR 1100N.
Milford
Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 1:55 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 200 block East Camp Mack Road, Milford. An officer with the Milford Police Department observed a tan Ford Taurus parked in the beach parking area of Waubee Lake, and observed the front steering column to be broken apart. The officer impounded the vehicle for further investigation.
Syracuse
Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 1400 block South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Larry W. Eisenhour reported fraud.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 6:46 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Suspicious person/incident was investigated.
- 3:50 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, 800 block East Clark Street, Warsaw. Domestic battery was reported
- 6:06 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, 1500 block Brookview Avenue, Warsaw. Report of a burglary.
- 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, 3300 block East Center Street, Warsaw. Accidental discharge of a firearm.
