Ken Seyfert Chosen For CCDA National Conference
WINONA LAKE — Ken Seyfert, president and CEO of Grace Brethren Investment Foundation in Winona Lake, has been selected to participate at the 30th annual Christian Community Development Association national conference to be held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill., from Nov. 1 to 3.
Seyfert will join other national businesses and religious leaders, including those from the Cleveland, Kresge, Prudential, Christian community, and Southern Baptist foundations.
CCDA is headquartered in Chicago and is focused on transforming and restoring local communities across the United States through Christian values. CCDA particularly seeks to inspire, train, and connect Christians to help restore under-resourced multicultural communities. This year’s conference is expected to have more than 6,000 people in attendance.
According to CCDA board member Jerome Garciano, Seyfert’s selection to the conference was based upon his leadership in promoting extraordinary generosity towards Christian work on behalf of GBIF.
The Grace Brethren Investment Foundation is a national church extension fund of the Charles Fellowship (Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches). Over the past decade, GBIF has contributed millions of dollars to further Christian work through church planting, leadership development and integrated ministries.
