Bingo for Beaman Home Tickets Have Sold Out
WARSAW — Altrusa Club members are excited that tickets for their annual service project, Bingo for Beaman Home, have sold out.
This year’s event will take place on Thursday, Oct.18, at Wyndham Gardens Banquet Facility, 2517 East Center Street. It is held in October as part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
All proceeds benefit the programs and service of the Beaman Home which has served this community’s domestic violence victims and their dependent children for over 30 years. The Beaman Home has operated 24 hours a day, seven days a week since 1985 and is now located at their new, expanded campus on Parker Street.
Members of Altrusa International of Warsaw, who established the Beaman Home in 1985, coordinate this annual service project working with the Beaman Home Board and other community volunteers. This is the 9th year for Bingo for Beaman Home and the fourth straight year that tickets have sold out prior to the event.
