Nikki Gene Strycker
Nikki Gene Strycker, 57, with addresses in Warsaw and Elkhart, is being charged with stalking, a level 5 felony; intimidation, a level 6 felony; and invasion of privacy, a class A misdemeanor.
On July 12, an officer with the Warsaw Police department met with a female who advised Strycker had been communicating with a minor over Facebook. During the communication, Stryker told the minor he wanted to meet at midnight. The female victim then sent a text message to Stryker and told him he was not meeting the minor alone.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, Stryker then sent Facebook messages to the female stating he was going to kill and rape her. Stryker also sent text messages to the female stating he would kill her and she would die.
The female advised she was in fear for her life. She told the officer that her family had moved in case Stryker came looking for her.
Stryker previously threatened to kill the female in October 2017. He was arrested and convicted of intimidation, a level 6 felony, in that case. A no-contact order was also placed between Stryker and the victim.
Stryker was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on Aug. 8, with a $30,250 surety and cash bond.
