At approximately 12:30 a.m., Milford and Leesburg Fire Departments responded to a residential fire.

MILFORD — At approximately 12:30 a.m. Sunday, July 29, Milford and Leesburg Fire Departments responded to a residential fire at 109 S. James St., Milford.

A caller reported a fully engulfed house fire. According to officials on the scene, nobody was in the residence at the time of the fire.

The fire was under control by 12:50 a.m. A vehicle in an attached garage was damaged.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Milford Police Department, and Lutheran EMS were also on scene.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
