North Manchester Man Accused Of Threatening Roommate
NORTH MANCHESTER — A North Manchester man was arrested after police talked to a woman who said the man tried to intimidate her into having sex with him.
Lloyd Gene Ousley, 79, 12600 S. SR 13, Lot 47, North Manchester, is charged with intimidation, a level 6 felony.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, police were called to Ousley’s address on June 29, and talked to a woman who told officers she was threatened by Ousley.
She said Ousley told her she would need to have sex with him to pay her rent. When she refused, she told police he pointed a black handgun at her chest. Police reported the woman was able to leave the situation to call the police.
Officers spoke to Ousley who told them he did remind the woman that she had been staying at the residence rent-free. Ousley told the officers the woman responded by saying “what do you want, sex?”
Ousley retrieved a black CO2 BB handgun and told police it was the gun that was laying on his lap while he talked to the woman. He said he pulled the handgun out when the woman told him that he could not make her leave his property.
