Nicole Rae Pearson, 28, 3340 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, is being charged with aiding, inducing or causing intimidation with a deadly weapon, a level 5 felony.
On June 20, officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded to a report of intimidation with a firearm.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, officers arrived at the scene and spoke with a male subject, who advised that two individuals came to his residence while he was sitting on the porch. One of the individuals wanted to fight with the male, but the subject told the two individuals to leave. The male advised that two other adults and some children were also at his residence during this time. He obtained a BB gun, and the two individuals left.
The two individuals returned to the residence with Pearson and Miller. Miller exited a vehicle and pulled out a knife, threatening the male subject. Miller then obtained a stun gun and was firing it into the air, threatening the subject with bodily harm.
Miller then put the stun gun away and pulled out a handgun. He cocked the handgun and waved it around while threatening the subject. The male feared for his safety and the safety of the children who were present.
Another male at the scene said that Miller stated he had more guns and mentioned something about being involved in a gang.
Miller stated that he and Pearson received several text messages from one of the unnamed individuals, stating that the male subject had pulled a gun on them. Miller admitted that he was affiliated with a gang at one time, but isn’t anymore.
Miller and Pearson were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on July 6. Miller was booked on a $10,250 surety and cash bond. Pearson was booked on a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
