William Floyd Faubion Jr.
William Floyd “Bill” Faubion Jr., 88, New Paris, died 2:20 p.m. Friday, June 29, 2018, at his residence.
He was born April 11, 1930, in Milford, Mo., to William Floyd “Bill” Faubion Sr. and Elsie (Lucus) Faubion. On June 13, 1959, William Faubion married Beverly (Gardner) Faubion, she survives.
Also surviving are four children: William Floyd (Sue) Faubion III, Elkhart; Greg S. (Steph) Faubion, Goshen; Brian Eric (Tammy) Faubion, New Paris; Lori M. (Cass) Faubion-Kruckeberg, Warsaw; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a brother, Leon (Sandy) Faubion, Albuquerque, N.M.
He was preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter, Lecia Borzeniatow; sister, Leona McKackin, and brother, Carroll D. Faubion.
William Faubion was a telephone field engineer for more than 40 years and was a member of the First Brethren Church in New Paris. He was also an avid gun collector that loved to hunt and garden.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, 311 S. Main St. Goshen. There will be a graveside service at 3 p.m. Thursday, July 5, at the New Paris Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Estep of First Brethren Church, New Paris will officiate.
