Jay William Miller
Jay William Miller, 61, Bremen, passed away at 7:37 a.m., Saturday, June 23, 2018, after a long illness.
A carpenter and jack-of-all-trades, he enjoyed a good book, a bad joke, a hot cup of coffee, and time with friends and family. Jay was a talented musician and his loved ones have fond memories of the strum of his guitar and the sound of his songs.
Jay Miller is survived by his parents Carolyn and Bill Kline; his daughters; Celeste (Levi) Smith, Nicole (Brandon) Horwarth, and Molly Miller; his two grandchildren: Phoenix and Devlin and a third due in October; his three sisters: Beth (larry) Enders, Gwynn (LeRoy) LaBrake and Robin (Wayne) Spicher; and his beloved nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Jay Miller’s life will be held Sunday, July 1, 2018, at the Bremen Conservation Club, located at the Lake of the Woods, Bremen from 2-5 p.m.
We will be celebrating Jay’s life in a way he would want to be remembered: surrounded by music, loved ones, and laughter. Bring a dish, your guitar, and your favorite memories of Jay to share. Jay’s preferred fashion- jeans and t-shirts-will be welcomed.
Memorial donations can be made to Celeste Smith, c/o Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St. Rd. 331, Bremen, IN 46506.
