Winona Lake Man Arrested For Possession After Found Passed Out In Vehicle
WINONA LAKE — A Winona Lake man was recently arrested after officers located him passed out in his vehicle.

Joshua R. Bowser, 34, 207 Auditorium Blvd., No. 2, Winona Lake, is being charged with possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
On May 29, an officer with the Warsaw Police Department responded to a male subject passed out in a vehicle near Auditorium Boulevard, Winona Lake. Officers located the blue Buick and found a male subject inside who appeared to be sleeping.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, officers woke up the male and identified him as Bowser. Bowser advised that he had been at a friend’s residence, came home and went to sleep in his vehicle.
Upon searching the vehicle, a cut straw with methamphetamine residue was discovered. Bowser admitted to using methamphetamine two days ago.
Bowser was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on May 29, with a $5,750 surety and cash bond.
