Janice M. ‘Jan’ Duzenbery — UPDATED
Janice M. “Jan” Duzenbery, 81, Plymouth passed away at 9:55 a.m. Sunday, June 3, 2018, at the Center For Hospice of South Bend.
On Feb. 14, 1937, she was born in Fulton County to Ernest and Helen Bryant Nichols.
Janice and Donald R. Duzenbery were married in Ocala, Fla. Dec. 15, 1977. They have shared 40 years of life’s adventures.
Left to cherish the memory of Janice are her husband, Donald; two daughters: Kim Sopher Bope and companion Edward Willyerd of Conway, Ark.; and Colleen Sopher Norman and husband Robert of Delphi; two sons: Rick Kramer and fiancé Deb Parker Lebanon of Conn.; Scott Sopher of Fort Myers, Fla.; five grandchildren: Seth Kramer, Kayla Norman, Brianna Kramer, Robert Norman, Josh Kramer; and a brother, Jack Nichols of Newark, Ohio.
Preceding Mrs. Duzenbery in death are her parents, and son Brent “Cozmo” Kramer.
A celebration of the life of Janice Duzenbery will be at 7 p.m., Thursday, June 7, in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester with Mr. Mark Harmon officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 p.m., Thursday. Interment will be in the Athens Hoover Cemetery.
